Billing system
The Medical Manager is a comprehensive network of integrated systems with tools to meet any financial, administrative, and clinical information need. Medical Manager is the largest physician practice management system nationwide with over 24,000 installed client sites representing over 120,000 physicians.
Our system provides all the tools necessary to receive and transmit claims electronically. The exchange between the hospital, dictation company, physician and third party results in a true paperless system. However, printed transaction reports can be prepared upon request. The advantages of this paper less system are improved financial performance, enhanced medical record security, faster payment and denial information, and less redundancy and errors. The paperless system also provides the ability to accomplish expedited validation and reprocessing of denied claims.
Reporting
The Medical Manager operating system creates files in a relational database format which allows reports to be generated in any combination or format.
